Independent Service Providers

iCareClean Inc. is a sales, marketing, billing, and administrative platform that connects customers with independent janitorial service providers. iCareClean does not directly perform janitorial or cleaning services and does not employ or supervise the individuals performing such services.

All cleaning and janitorial services are performed by independent contractors or independently owned service providers who operate their own businesses and are solely responsible for the manner, means, and performance of the services they provide.

These independent service providers are responsible for their own employees, subcontractors, equipment, insurance, licenses, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including employment and workers’ compensation requirements.

iCareClean’s role is limited to facilitating account management, marketing, customer service coordination, billing administration, and other support services between customers and independent service providers.

No Employment Relationship

Nothing contained on this website, in any agreement, or in any service arranged through iCareClean shall be construed to create an employer-employee relationship between iCareClean and any service provider, contractor, or worker performing janitorial services.

All service providers operate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of iCareClean.

Limitation of Responsibility

iCareClean does not control the day-to-day operations of independent service providers and is not responsible for the supervision, direction, or employment practices of such providers or their workers. Any issues related to service performance, staffing, or workplace matters remain the responsibility of the independent service provider performing the services.

Billing and Administrative Services

In certain cases, iCareClean may provide billing, invoicing, and payment processing services on behalf of independent service providers as an administrative convenience. Such billing services do not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between iCareClean and any service provider.
